CONSUMER PRODUCT WARRANTY

Luxe Iron Doors warrants all products against manufacturing defects for 10 years on the iron door structure and mechanics and 3 years on the factory-applied finish, excluding glass.

Luxe Iron Doors, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any warranted defective product.

This warranty begins on the date of sale. All warranties are null and void if the installation is found by Luxe Iron Doors, Inc. to be faulty or not performed in accordance with our installation guidelines.

All product finishes may age naturally due to environmental exposure. The finish is warranted against flaking or peeling under normal use. Doors should be cleaned only with mild soap and water. Harsh chemicals, including ammonia-based cleaners (such as glass cleaners), may damage the finish and will void the finish warranty.

Scratches, chips, broken glass, and damage caused by pets, foreign objects, chemicals, abuse, accidents, or improper installation are not covered under this warranty.

All iron door products installed in below-freezing climates may experience condensation on the interior surface depending on indoor humidity levels. This is a normal occurrence and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Hardware Warranty

Window latches, flush bolts, weather stripping, and door sweeps are covered under this warranty for manufacturing defects. If replacement hardware is required during the warranty period, Luxe Iron Doors will provide replacement parts at no charge. The customer is responsible for all installation, labor, and any associated service costs.

Installation & Exposure Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage:

  • The door must be protected from direct sunlight, heavy rain, and continuous exposure to water from sprinklers or irrigation systems.
  • Proper overhangs or other suitable protection are strongly recommended for exterior installations.
  • Failure to adequately protect the door from excessive weather exposure may void the finish warranty.

Luxe Iron Doors, assumes no liability for any labor charges regarding the installation, removal, or reinstallation of doors. Damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse or improper installation are not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by paint, acid or other chemicals. This warranty is strictly limited to the cost of repair of the product and Home. Luxe Iron Doors assumes no other liability Locksets, hardware, and other door components are covered under the conditions of the separate hardware warranties.

Luxe Iron Doors, iron components are handcrafted. Some custom designs may require that a slight modification is made to preserve the strength Luxe Iron Doors. Therefore reserves the right to make minor design adjustments to retain the strength of each individual design.

THE WARRANTIES STATED HEREIN ARE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES (EXCEPT TITLE), EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Luxe Iron Doors, NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PARTY TO ASSUME FOR IT, ANY OTHER LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL Luxe Iron Doors, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

All warranty claims must be approved by an authorized representative of Luxe Iron Doors.

Luxe Iron Doors, has the right to view, inspect, examine any and all products claimed to be defective by customers. Failure of Customer to permit such access shall be deemed a waiver of all of Customer’s rights under such warranty. Luxe Iron Doors Limited Warranty does not cover product that has been rendered unusable due to damage or mishandling. Luxe Iron Doors supports our customers with a warranty that covers defective conditions based on industry standards of acceptability. We take a fair and objective view of any warranty situation, but it is important to understand that a warranty does not cover any and all problems that may occur.
