Are your doors energy efficient?
Yes — our doors are energy efficient, and we can upgrade to Low-E glass for improved performance and comfort.

Do thermal break doors work in extreme winter weather?
They’re designed for it. Thermal break doors can hold up well in regions with freezing temps (even down near 6°F and below).
However, when it’s very warm inside and very cold outside, that big temperature gap can impact performance — meaning you may still notice cold transfer or condensation depending on humidity and ventilation.

Do you do custom doors?
Yes! We do custom doors. You can send us inspiration images, or choose from any of our existing designs and we’ll tailor it to your project.

What is the lead time for custom orders?
Our typical lead time is 3–4 months (especially for custom or made-to-order doors).

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days after being placed. Shipping times vary depending on the destination of the package. Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 days business days within the continental United States

We offer Matte Black, Dark Bronze, Medium Bronze, Aged Copper, White, and custom RAL colors.

Where are your products made?
Our doors are imported directly from our partner factory in China. Our gates and railings are fabricated locally to your project specs.
